The CROS2026 Form has been created to collect information from participants of CROS 2026 – the 2nd Brazilian Conference on Robotics, which will take place in João Pessoa/PB, as mentioned on the official event page: https://sbrobotica.org/cros2026/venue
In the form, participants must indicate their registration type based on the categories listed on the registration page: https://sbrobotica.org/cros2026/registration. The categories include professionals, students, and non-author attendees.
The information collected will be used solely by the organizing committee for registration desk purposes. This will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process at the event and help in generating receipts. Participants will also be required to upload proof of payment to assist the organizing committee in matching payment details with registration types and any submitted articles.
Authors will receive their paper acceptance emails in early March 2026. Authors who have not registered by the author registration deadline, will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.
The payment will be made to the SBRobotica society MercadoPago account using the links on the table below.
Please keep the bank receipt and MercadoPago receipt to verify your inscription when uploading the final version of your paper. Please follow the tutorial bellow to register your paper correctly.
Registration must be completed, and payment received by the early-bird registration deadline to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table below.
A mandatory form will be available soon for all authors and/or participants. In this form, you will be asked to indicate your registration type. Authors must also provide the CMT codes of their accepted papers and upload proof of registration payment. The information submitted will be used exclusively for event check-in purposes.
A student volunteer will be available in each conference room to provide assistance as needed. Presenters need to use their own computer or a computer from another speaker in the session. Presentations are allotted a maximum of 15 minute oral presentation and the remaining time for questions from the audience, with a total time slot of 20 minutes.
