  • Important: Author Presentation Instructions

A student volunteer will be available in each conference room to provide assistance as needed. Presenters need to use their own computer or a computer from another speaker in the session. Presentations are allotted a maximum of 10 minute oral presentation and the remaining time for questions from the audience, with a total time slot of 15 minutes.

  • Important: Instructions for the Camera Ready submission

Complete instructions for Camera Ready submission (please follow carefully each step below). If you have problems, please contact us.

    • CORRECT YOUR PAPER ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS:
Please take the review considerations into account and correct your paper according to the reviewers' suggestions.
    • CONFIRM THE FORMAT OF YOUR PAPER:
Double-check that your paper is using the conference format (see templates on the submission instructions). Reformat your paper if it is not the case. Make sure it stays within the 6 pages limit.
    • FILL IEEE eCOPYRIGHT FORM FOR EACH PAPER:
The authors of accepted papers must submit a Copyright Form necessary for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings of the conference, published by IEEE. This conference uses the IEEE Electronic Copyright Service (eCF). The **corresponding author** of the accepted paper will further receive a Copyright Pending Notice, where they can find all the necessary information on how to properly submit a copyright form. Please note that all clearances for publication must be obtained by the authors. By filling in the form, they are stating that the material in their paper is original and have not previously released copyright for this paper and/or its content to another party. The paper cannot be published in the proceedings if the form is not properly completed.
    • PREPARE THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PAPER:

The camera-ready manuscript should have the copyright notice of CROS-2026 at the bottom left of the first page. The copyright notice is: TO BE ANNOUNCED

For LateX users, just put the commands: \let\thefootnote\relax\footnote{\\CODE TO BE ANNOUNCED} in the line after the \maketitle command.

MS Word users can use: Insert; Text box, insert the appropriate copyright notice in the textbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.

This step might add an extra page to your paper, so be sure to reformat it to 6 pages (more than 6 pages papers will not be published).

    • CHECK WITH IEEE XPLORE COMPATIBILITY:

Go to: https://ieee-pdf-express.org and create an account (if you don't have one), then enter your email address and a memorable password, and the Conference ID.

For each conference paper, click Create New Title. Enter an identifying text for the paper (the title is recommended). Click continue. Submit PDF for checking or Submit Source Files for Conversion. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), and click Browse and navigate to the file, and click Upload File. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed. You can also get your checked PDF file at the Home Title Status section of the PDF eXpress site.

If your PDF submitted fails the check: submit your source file again by clicking Try again, Read the PDF Check Report, then click The PDF Check Report in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions, or Request Technical Help through your account. If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF: resubmit your source file with corrections by clicking Try again, or if that fails, Request a Manual Conversion Through your account.

If the PDF submitted passed the check: if the PDF passed, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDFeXpress-converted PDF, submit your IEEE Xplore compatible PDF using the steps below.
