Important dates

  • Author registration deadline: March 31th, 2025
  • Early-bird registration deadline: March 31th, 2025
  • Standard registration deadline: April 27th, 2025
  • On site registration: April, 28-30th, 2025

Registration for Authors

Authors will receive their paper acceptance emails in early March 2025. Authors who have not registered by the author registration deadline, will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.

Payment method

The payment will be made to the SBRobotica society MercadoPago account using the links on the table below.

Please keep the bank receipt and MercadoPago receipt to verify your inscription when uploading the final version of your paper. Please follow the tutorial bellow to register your paper correctly.

How to Register

Registration must be completed, and payment received by the early-bird registration deadline to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table below.

  • Tutorial: How to register your paper?

    All aproved submissions are required to upload the final version and attached, the required validation documents.

    All validation documents must be uploaded as 1 (one) PDF file.

    • Professional/Students: Bank receipt of the inscription fee.
    • Students: Declaration of enrollment in a university/school/etc.
    • Members of SBRobotica: Declaration of membership of the SBRobotica society.

    The steps to upload the receipts and declarations:


    • Review Title, Abstract and authorhip

    • Upload the final revision of your paper, and ONE SEPARATE document containing all related validation documentation.

    • Finalize the submission.
